Service Requests ('Support Tickets' to communicate with association management)

• Any user can raise service complaints , post suggestions , payment related queries with apartment management.
• All the complaints will have status for effective management.
• The person who raise the complaint can see the status of the complaint along with the reply from the management
• Alert will be sent (email and SMS) whenever action is taken on the service request

My Account

• Residents can view maintenance charges and dues pertaining to his apartment
• Apartment owners can view the payment history, pending dues etc
• View account statement for a Specific period

Group Messaging (Broadcast Email/SMS)

• Administrators/ Managers /Staff can send instant messages (email & SMS) to members/ member groups in the community.

Noticeboard

• A place to publish notices associated with the community.
• Notices posted in the noticeboard will be available to logged in user. Public notice will be visible to all
• It is possible to set expiry date for all the notices.
• Option to attach documents is also available.
• Managers can post meeting minutes through noticeboard.
• Best suited to post Announcement of Events, dos and don’ts through noticeboard.

Income and maintenance charge tracking

• Provision to generate monthly maintenance charge accounting entries based on various settings (fixed, floor area based, fixed + floor area based)
• Provision to generate entries for metered utility billing like LPG

Directory

• Directory listing of members (owners, tenants, mangement & staff) in the association.
• Search and sorting of members based on name, flat number etc.
• Option to select and send Email/SMS messages to the members.
• Shows the information about status of ownership (Owner/ Tenant)
• Maintain the details of parties associated with particular apartment.
• Option to edit profile ( Address, phone , email, password etc)
